This is Spectra's older sister, Phantasma Vondergeist. I was asked to create her look for THEMONSTERMANIAC to use as a malevolent spirit in his line. Isn't she just lovely. I'm sorry about the line art, it's a bit sloppy. But thankfully, it doesn't show up too much.
